Our office

Here at Thrive, we’ve created a healing environment that reflects who we are and what we do. Our kid friendly space allows families to feel right at home. While it’s important for us to be laid back, laugh, and have a lot of fun in our office, our top priority is providing YOU the best care. You deserve nothing but the best when it comes to your health.

What we do:

We help families regain and maintain their health by correcting poor posture patterns that create irritation to the body’s nerve system. The nerve system is made of the brain and spinal cord and all the exiting nerves that controls the function of everything in the body.  Poor posture.  This type of care goes beyond mere symptom relief and helps to improve the function and health of the entire body.  It also aims to prevents unwanted future health issues.

Dr. Jamie Baietto

Dr. Jamie Baietto is the cofounder of Thrive. She is passionate about helping babies, children, and families thrive. Known for her gentle, compassionate approach and singing songs and engaging with little kids while treating them, helping even the fussiest little ones feel comfortable and making visits easier for the whole family.  She is sometimes called the baby whisperer and absolutely loves helping little ones in their healthy development.

Parents often say she has a knack for getting kids excited about fruits and vegetables. Combined with her deep knowledge of how the body grows, develops, and heals, she is a trusted resource for families seeking natural, proactive healthcare.

Beyond the clinic, Dr. Jamie earned her Diplomate in Radiology, a distinction held by very few chiropractors in Canada. She has lectured at medical conferences throughout North America, Europe, and Asia and collaborates with healthcare providers by interpreting MRI and advanced imaging studies from across North America.

When she’s not caring for families or reading imaging studies, Dr. Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband, Dr. Jason, and their two children.

Dr. Danielle Hilborn

Dr. Danielle grew up playing soccer and rock climbing, spending as much time as possible being active and outdoors. It was through her own experience with sports injuries, primarily concussions, that she found chiropractic care.

Her chiropractor was the person who finally helped her get back to doing what she loved, pain free, and that experience never left her. She went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree alongside a Master of Science in Sports Medicine, and holds her Webster Technique certification.

Dr. Danielle's approach is rooted in that personal understanding of what it feels like to be sidelined. She takes time to get to the root of what is going on and works with her patients to build a plan that gets them back to the activities that matter most to them.

She has a particular love for working with athletes of all kinds, prenatal and postpartum, pediatrics, and anyone navigating a stubborn injury that hasn't quite been figured out yet.

When she is not in the clinic, you will find Dr. Danielle on the soccer pitch or out on a long run. She brings that same drive and curiosity to every appointment.

Addison Gough

Addison is passionate about helping people move better, reduce pain, and get back to doing the things they love. He believes physiotherapy is about more than treating injuries—it's about restoring confidence, improving function, and empowering patients to take control of their health.

He completed his physiotherapy degree at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. His treatment approach combines evidence-based education, hands-on manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, and Anatomical Neuropathic Intramuscular Stimulation (AN-IMS)/dry needling to help patients recover efficiently and achieve lasting results. Addison completed his dry needling certification through Foundations Health Education, where he received advanced training in trigger point theory and the practice of AN-IMS.

Outside the clinic, you'll usually find Addison spending time with his wife and three children or staying active through basketball, flag football, pickleball, golf, and strength training. His passion for movement extends beyond work and fuels his commitment to helping patients return to the activities that matter most to them.

His favourite part of being a physiotherapist is seeing patients regain their independence and confidence.
